Berry Muesli

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups organic rolled oats
1 ¼ cups Organic Pastures Raw Milk or raw almond milk
¼ cup Goji Berries or Golden Berries
2 tart, organic green apples
1 tbs raw sunflower seeds or 2 tbs Raw Hemp Seeds
1 cup organic berries -in season- (red or black currants, strawberries, raspberries, black berries or blueberries)
1 tbs Raw Agave Nectar
2 tbs freshly squeezed lemon juice

Directions:

Soak rolled oats and Goji Berries or Golden Berries in the raw milk. Cover and let sit overnight.
In the morning, wash apples in Pure warm water. Core and finely grate apples with skin. Add to rolled oats. Add raw sunflower seeds or Raw Hemp Seeds, berries, Raw Agave Nectar and fresh lemon juice. Mix well and serve for breakfast.
Yield: four generous helpings.
